Hey there, I jumped very late on the Orochi train and my first one was Orochi 3 Ultimate. Would you think that's a fair move to wait for the ultimate version of this one? Not that I don't want to play it Day 1, but somehow I guess there will be many changes and dlc's during the time and don't want to suddenly have to buy the game twice to have access to a complete pack (meaning that I would stay with vanilla game without paying a penny for any dlc). I don't know.I was kinda displeased by DW9, the open world thing was not always convincing it took me back to DW2 sometimes. Hindi script download. So Shall I wait? Those branding like ultimate, complete, etc are for ports of old ip from consoles since they have a boatload of dlcs that are seperate from the base game and are integrated over time.

It's very unlikely for current generation of PC games to have such integration, especially those games that go hand in hand for both console and PC global releases for the West as the dlcs are already sequentially added to Steam store. Warriors Orochi 4 won't have a Ultimate/XL/etc bundle ever. You just buy the base games + dlcs (or not), over time via sales.

Only thing is, this game will probably have 2 or 3 Season Passes, as the first Season Pass doesn't add any new characters or Deified forms. When the first Season Pass is finished, 6 months to a year later we'll probably get a second one with more characters, a new Mode like Gauntlet Mode, more Deified forms and more story Stages.
